Commissioned by the Rai Amsterdam the team of Dnamic worked on developing a future proof exhibition concept for the BedrijfsautoRAI (Commercial Vehicles) Exhibition. Beside vehicles, equipment, components and accessories the BedrijfsautoRAI also focus on the process side of (road) transport and logistics services coming edition. This as a prelude to the 2017 edition, where it will play an even bigger role. Various products, services and projects in the context of efficiency, cost, safety and durability were added to the existing offer. Think of alternative fuels, on-board computers, other telematics, transportation management and driver assistance systems, as well as practical applications of logistics services such as materials handling, packaging, storage, tracking & tracing and file administration. Looking beyond the vehicle only is a logical step considering the fact that carriers expand (logistic) services. With a wider range of products the exhibition is seen as the ultimate platform for national road transport and logistics services.
To emphasize the development of the sector, BedrijfsautoRAI 2015 not only presents a new exhibition concept and segmentation, better routing for the visitors but there is also plenty of attention for innovations and demonstrations.
The exhibition floor is arranged so that visitors will get a complete overview of market developments in the sector. The truck brands are spread across the entire exhibition floor, which ensures a good flow of the audience through all the halls and along all the stands. The other segments are also spread across the exhibition, so that each participant stands out well at BedrijfsautoRAI 2015.
Additionally the Dnamic team realized – in close cooperation with cross-sector trade associations like TLN, EVO, Dinalog, BOVAG Rai Association and Connekt – a diverse knowledge programme. Constructive partnerships with parties in the sector not only contributes to a more targeted invitation policy and focus on specific visitor target groups, but also emphasizes the position of BedrijfsautoRAI as the ultimate national platform in the industry. The major content partners TLN and EVO offer a varied content programme on and off the show floor during the five exhibition days.
In order to highlight the power of innovation and latest developments in the sector, the BedrijfsautoRAI has created a special InnovationLAB. RAI Vereniging, Dinalog, BOVAG and programmes like Green Deal, Lean and Green and Truck of the Future include involved in interactive sessions in the respective theatre. In addition, visitors can attend numerous live demonstrations the upcoming edition.
Besides renewing the exhibition concept, forming constructive partnerships and realizing a knowledge programme focusing on specific visitor target groups, Dnamic also brought in various innovations on the communication side.
